Training

All operational personnel are fully trained in the basic job package set out by the Security Industry Training Organisation and in line with BS 7499 2002. The requirement for this is that no officer may attend any operational duty until they have attended a minimum of three days BJT training coarse delivered by our own in-house qualified SITO trainer.

Ongoing training and assessment for all employees shows our commitment to quality and professionalism. All Secure as a company invests heavily in staff training which enables an optimum service to our clients who expect quality.

All Secure's training programmes necessitates all personnel participating in substantial training during their employment i.e. First Aid at Work, SITO trained Loss Prevention Health and Safety Surveying, SITO Vetting and screening Procedures, SITO Train and Trainer, QSS - Quality Internal Auditors, Advanced Driving, P.A.C.E. 1994 (plus legislation), Regular radio user and ongoing IT training in line with system updates.
